What is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabidiol and is one of the active ingredients found in hemp and cannabis.
How is CBD different from marijuana?
Although CBD can be derived from cannabis (and hemp) they are two different products. CBD contains no psychoactive properties so won’t get you high or stoned.
How often should I take CBD?

Can I take CBD abroad with me?
CBD is not an illegal or banned substance, but you should check with your airline before travelling. And check the relevant laws in your destination.
Does CBD make you hungry?
CBD does not increase appetite.
Can I take CBD and drive?
Yes, you should be able to drive if you’ve used CBD. All Naturecan CBD products contain 0% THC so won’t have any psychoactive effects on your body.
Can I take CBD while nursing?
Not enough studies have been conducted to provide a conclusive answer as to whether or not CBD is safe for breastfeeding mothers, however, as a precaution we recommend for breastfeeding mothers not to take CBD.
Can I take CBD while exercising?
CBD is growing in popularity among professional sports stars and athletes. In terms of athletics, hemp-derived CBD has been removed from the WADA list of prohibitive substances. In the US, the use of CBD in sport is being advocated by a number of current and retired NFL and NHL stars who have used the substance throughout their careers.
Does CBD affect memory?
CBD does not have any negative effects on your memory.
Does CBD go off?
Yes, CBD products can lose their freshness over time so always check the label.
Can I take CBD with other medicines or antidepressants?
CBD can interact with other medicines so always check the labels and consult a doctor if in any doubt.
Is CBD addictive
No, because CBD does not contain THC it does not contain addictive properties.
Is CBD legal?
CBD from hemp is legal in the UK and other European countries, except Slovakia. As long as it is derived from hemp, rather than marijuana it is also legal throughout the USA.

How long does delivery take?
We offer Free tracked standard delivery on all UK orders above £50. For orders less than £50 we charge £2.99. The orders in the UK are being delivered within 1-3 working days. Delivery to other countries may vary. Check our delivery page for full details.

What are the benefits of subscribing?
With our monthly subscriptions, you won’t need to worry about ordering your CBD each month. Simply set up your subscription and we’ll deliver your CBD oil on the same day each month. What’s more, you’ll also get a 30% discount every month you’re subscribed.
When will I be charged?
Recurring payments will be charged every 28 days commencing from the day you purchase.
Can discount codes be applied to my subscription?
Discount codes applied to subscriptions will only apply to the first month of your subscription after which you will be charged the standard subscription price
What payment methods are accepted for subscription?
Signing up for a subscription requires a debit/ credit card. We don't currently support subscriptions on Klarna or via bank transfer, but we are working on a solution!
How do I update my shipping address for my next renewal?
Please note - these instructions are to change the shipping address on a future subscription renewal order not yet placed.
First, make sure you are logged into your Naturecan account. Then, from your account page, view addresses and add/ edit the new shipping address for your subscription.
How do I manage my subscription?
- Log in your account using the Naturecan email.
- Click on View current subscription. The next screen you'll get is the list with all subscriptions you have.
- You need to click on ‘Manage subscription’ where you will get the screen 'how to manage your subscription'
- From here you have a few options: Suspend or Terminate and also Edit your credit/debit card details and your billing details

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the order renewal is triggered to avoid this being processed and your account being charged. Any cancellations that are requested either on the day of the renewal, or after the renewal order has been placed, will not be affected by the cancellation.
Should you no longer require the subscription or the products shipped as part of the last renewal, you are able to return them to us with a “no-quibble” 14 day guarantee as long as items are returned unused and in the original condition and packaging.
