State-of-the-art CBD extraction process

1. Supercritical CO2 extraction

By exposing CO2 to high temperatures and high pressure, it acts as a safe solvent that is ideal for extracting Cannabis oil without damaging any other active compounds in the plant.

2. Chromatography

We use an advanced purification system developed by RotaChrom, called Centrifugal Partition Chromatography (CPC) to further remove impurities and THC. This allows us to offer a Cannabis oil with non-detectable amounts of THC (<0.01%, which is 20 times less than the legal limit).

3. Distillation

Distillation removes all unnecessary compounds left in the concentrate, while retaining other minor cannabinoids that can make Cannabis oil more effective through what is known as the "entourage effect". Once distilled, the oil contains between 90-95% Cannabis oil and at least 5% of other minor cannabinoids such as CBG, CBC and CBDA, making it more effective than isolated CBD.
